Our project for today, Pumpkin Cassava Cake! Dad went back to kampung and got some casava (ubi kayu). Mum used to grate the cassava then bake it and we loved it so much. We wanted to try baking it this time. I had this idea of mixing the cassava with something else, and pumpkin came across my mind, since we have pumpkin at home. So I did some search on Youtube and yes, Pumpkin Cassava Cake this recipe does exist in the Philippines.
So early in the morning after having our breakfast, bro and me took turns to grate the cassava since it required much energy.

While we were grating the cassava, mum helped us to steam the pumpkin and smashed it into puree.
