Super Ono - Poke. Sushi. Bowl

We didn't planned to have dinner here. It was a normal Wednesday where I have class till 5.00 pm and the only day I don't have night classes. By the time my class ended, we were super hungry (cos we didn't had lunch..?)

So we were brainstorming place to have dinner and I always wanted to try out this place. Yeah, so we had our dinner here - Super Ono located at Plaza 333, Penampang.

This is their menu, where you and pick, mix and match your own poke bowl. Price of normal bowl is RM 16.90 where you can pick your choice of base, protein, side dishes, toppings and sauces.

But if you don't feel like picking any, they have sets that are already customized; Chicken Bowl, Wrap & Roll, Salmon Aburi Bowl and Seared Ahi Tuna.

Base: White rice
Protein: Baked chicken
4 side dishes: Japanese cucumber, boiled eggs, crab meat, cherry tomato
Unlimited toppings: Fried garlic, wonton crisps, croutons, dried cranberries
Sauces: Japanese Shoyu, Terriyaki
+ Miso soup

Asher's Poke Bowl

Base: 5 grains rice
Protein: Shoyu tuna
4 side dishes: Japanese cucumber, corn, tamago (egg), chuka wakame (Japanese seaweed)
Unlimited toppings: Fried garlic, spring onion, croutons, Kizami nori (seaweed), Ebiko
Sauces: Super Ono classic, Japanese Shoyu

My Poke Bowl

Base: 5 grains rice
Protein: Fresh salmon
4 side dishes: Tamago (egg), crab meat, Pico De Gallo salsa (tomato salsa),  Chuka wakame (Japanese seaweed)
Unlimited toppings: Wonton crisps, chia seed, Kizami nori (seaweed), wasabi, Ebiko
Sauces: Flaming Sriracha, Terriyaki
