Sin Wan served pan mee in various style - cooked in soup, fried or kon lau (dry sauce). You can also choose the texture of your pan mee, there are 3 types: rough (torn type), medium (flat strips), and fine type noodles.
Apart from pan mee, their famous menu includes the seafood tom yam noodles, curry noodles, yee mee, and meatball soup.

The counter
This is a self-service coffee shop where you need to place your food and drinks order at the counter. After that, you'll be given a number badge and just wait for your food to be served.

This is the area where you get your cutlery (self-service) - chopsticks, spoons, chili, lime and garlic.

The pan mee soup is served in soup together with dried anchovies, minced pork, mushrooms, and leafy vegetables such as sweet potato leaves (sayur manis). The pan mee is best eaten with chili, garlic and some lime sauce.
